Good To Go is a sex-positive public health campaign providing testing (HIV & STDs) once every 3 months at no cost to people at high risk for HIV infection (HIV status unknown of negative since last test).

Once tested in our program, we provide treatment and prevention services.

Our goal is to provide testing and treatment to prevent the spread of HIV in our community.  Because STDs can increase the risk of spreading HIV, we test and treat these too.

From our standpoint, you are "Good To Go" when you KNOW your status, and have a treatment or prevention plan in place to enjoy a healthy sex life.

Provide HIV testing in a safe and comfortable space, detecting infection within a week following exposure.

We provide rapid access - often the same day - HIV treatment that can reduce the risk of HIV transmission to zero (U=U: undetectable=untransmittable) and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) medications that can reduce the risk of becoming HIV infected by more than 90%.

At this time, our current funding permits us to offer our services to men who have sex with men, and/or transgender female participants. We are working to provide these services to members of the HIV infected community as well.

Reduce HIV transmissions to zero in San Diego and improve the lives of people living with and affected by HIV in our community, eliminate stigma and promote healthy sex.

Cheers lads!
